Please be aware that our Conversational Classes are subject to availability. Access to any of our Products and Services are granted upon enrollment. They are for individual use and are non-transferable.

Completion criteria and certification eligibility may vary for each course and will be outlined in the course description. Certificates of completion are issued to users who meet the specified completion criteria.

Technical Issues

You are responsible for ensuring that your devices are compatible to access and attend any of our Products and Services prior to making any purchases. We shall not be responsible for the reliability or speed of any electronic devices that you use, and we will not be liable for any technical issues which may arise as a result of your failure to ensure the compatibility of your devices to use any of our Products and Services. If you do encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will try our best to assist you.

Purchases and Subscriptions

LES offers various payment methods managed by a payment provider for which special conditions and additional charges may apply. All purchases are paid upfront due to the digital aspect of our Products and Services.

By subscribing to our membership, you acknowledge that your subscription is recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Should you wish to cancel your membership, we require that you do so at least one month before your recurring payment date. This will allow us enough time to process your cancellation and prevent any further charges. You can manage your membership settings and cancellation through your account.

Refunds

Due to the digital aspect of our Products and Services, any purchased Products and Services are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for the Products and Services may be considered by LES on an individual basis and issued at our sole discretion.

Modifications to The Services and/or Products

We reserve the right to modify and/or discontinue any of our Products and Services at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any Products and Services. Please check the Website for the latest pricing. Your continued use of the Products and Services after any changes indicates your agreement to such modifications.

Discontinued Service: As of December 23rd 2023, we have discontinued the one-on-one classes. As of March 31st 2024, any credits remaining unused will not be refundable and cannot be used to book any further classes.

One on One Classes

As of December 23rd, 2023, we have discontinued the one-on-one classes, and it is no longer possible to purchase new credits for these classes. We have extended the validity of all existing credits, allowing users to book classes before March 31st, 2024. Any credits remaining unused after this date are not refundable and cannot be used to book any further classes. Typically, these credits are only available to use on our website and are valid for 3 months after the purchase date.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Products and Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Products and Services will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the Products and Services for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Products and Services at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of the Website or inability to use the Products and Services is at your sole risk.

The Products and Services delivered to you through are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from our Website.
